Ok, first, click the download button and put them in an easy place to find. Then open photoshop, select the brush tool and right click on the canvas. There'll be a little arrow button on the top right hand corner of your brush window, click on that and select the 'load brushes' option, then you can select the brushes you want and they will be at the bottom of your brush list.
